Virtual Fitness Studio

Lotus Be Well's Fitness Studio offers Virtual Fitness Classes. Our 725 sq. ft. studio provides enough room to exercise with family and friends or solo by using one of our three "Mirrors". This beautiful space is an open studio concept to utilize any time we are open for business. 



Open Studio, meaning come in and choose your workout during open hours. There are three virtual fitness stations. Check in before the start of your class. Classes are available for 15, 30, 45 or 60 minutes.

Classes include: Yoga; Cardio; Barre; Cardio Dance; Kick Boxing; Pilates; Toning; Bootcamp; Stretch; and More!
Monthly Studio Unlimited Access $30/month.
Drop-in $7.00. 

In-House Virtual Fitness Class Schedule

  • Drop-in. Studio open M-W 8am-7pm; Th-F 8am-5:30pm; Sat. 8am-3pm.

  • Sign-in at upstairs register is required to receive room code

  • Purchase a Fitness Class Studio Pass or pay per class. 

  • Bring your own equipment or equipment provided. 

  • Must be a Wellness Club Member to use the studio.

Virtual Fitness Classes Offered

Fitness Classes are categorized in beginner and intermediate and are flexible with 15, 30, 45 or 60 minute classes. ​

  • Barre 
    Barre fitness is a hybrid workout class - combining ballet-inspired moves with elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and strength training.


  • Boxing
    Boxing fitness is a strength and cardio-based workout all in one. Improvement of your resting heart rate and muscular endurance. Increased balance, coordination, reactivity and agility.


  • Cardio
    Cardio fitness is a rigorous full-body workout that gets your heart pumping and muscles moving.


  • Cardio + Strength
    Cardio + Strength fitness is a rigorous full-body workout that gets your heart pumping and muscles moving with added weights. 


  • Dance Cardio
    Cardio Dance fitness fuses musical rhythms and choreographed dance moves to create a workout that's designed for fun. 


  • Kickboxing
    Kickboxing fitness combines martial arts techniques with fast-paced cardio. This high-energy workout challenges the beginner and elite athlete alike. Build stamina, improve coordination and flexibility, and burn calories as you build lean muscle with this fun and challenging workout.


  • Pilates
    Pilates fitness focuses on the body's kinetic chain to identify basic postural imbalances, Improve posture and increase muscular balance and strength. 


  • Strength
    Strength fitness is training to improve muscle strength that includes lifting weights and resistance.


  • Stretching
    Stretching fitness is a form of physical exercise in which a specific muscle group is flexed or stretched to improve the muscle's elasticity and tone. Benefits include increased muscle control, flexibility, and range of motion.


  • Yoga
    Fitness Yoga is an effective mind/body workout. It combines aerobic and anaerobic movements. Restorative, Yin and Yoga Flow create strength, flexibility and balance.
    Note: Beginner classes are similar to Gentle yoga and intermediate classes are similar to Vinyasa Flow.

Classes can change from month to month. If you like a class and time slot, please let Laura Lien, Fitness Studio Manager, know. We will be as flexible as possible with the schedule.
